They keep changing names but Asaf can't escape being a slumlord. Stay as far away from this company as possible. You will only regret doing business with them. Tried to evict me and the judge ended up giving us 3 free months be cause Asaf's violations were so egregious.

I never feel the need to write a review but I am not going to read some of these experiences and not defend my management. I've lived in my apartment for over 3 years and received nothing but exceptional service when needed. The building itself is always clean and smells phenomenal. Anytime I need to get a hold of someone I do. Anytime I need something it doesn't take long to be resolved. All my requested are promptly handled and taken cared of as it should. I have nothing bad to say about Jerusalem Management, nor any of the staff. They are considerate, courteous, and sufficient, from Asaf, to the office team, to the building management, highly recommend. ☆☆☆☆☆ Signed satisfied tenant

dealt with these people for almost 7 years, as neighbors. Drastically morphing the neighborhood. Inconsiderate, violates city codes, has no concern for people. Their units constantly open, often with tenants leaving mid lease. Leaves large garbage piles in front of windows of a private residence. Staff openly express homophobia and harass people on their property. multiple videos available.

Have been a tenant in current apartment for almost 11 years and will continue to renew! Exceptional living conditions and the company addresses any problems within a minimal time frame ( though any work orders I requested were and are minimal ). I previously rented another apartment with the same results for two years. I highly suggest renting from this company for the staff is amazing, concerned, compassionate and helpful in all matters.

I want to Thank Asaf and his team for helping me in a time of need. This is my personal experience. I needed an apartment for an opportunity (Internship). Time was dwindling as I called various people in Albany, NY (I live 5+ hours away). Jerusalem Management was more than welcoming and willing to talk and answer questions (whenever something arose), as well as respond in a timely manner. The apartment was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I lived in the apartment for a couple of months. Everything was great with no problems. My friends stayed for a few days and enjoyed the stay.
