This Management company is the worst. They have the audacity to blame the damages left by plumbers on me. I called right after the plumbers left and they said they will send them back to fix it. This is how the plumber left my sink yesterday , now management is saying I caused this mess. He is a slumlord. Be careful renting from this company.

The new reviews are most definitely fake. This has to be the worst management company known to mankind. They straight up lie to tenants to avoid making repairs and even try to turn the tenants against each other. IF YOU ALREADY LIVE HERE TAKE PICTURES, VIDEOS, SEND REQUEST FOR REPAIRS IN WRITING. IT WILL HELP IN COURT. I've been fighting w them for over a year now over the same leak. They send a plumber to "fix" it but all he does it look. He comes with no tools whatsoever. Super is also useless, everything you ask him to do is "call office. Not my job." but he at least understands the tenant frustration over things out of his control. I've reported them several times to 311. When you report it, they help you even less. I had a ceiling collapse on me. Now i have a hole in my ceiling. $17k+

Absolutely awful. Probably the worst management company out there. They constantly screw up the books. I have to check every month to make sure they credited by account. They cut corners at every turn. They're rude on the phone and deny all responsibility for mistakes. Oh, we never deposited your check until 30 days after it was sent? USPS must have delivered it exactly 30 days late. They fight you on every little thing and take the offense in there defense. Amply rude on the end of the line, don't expect anything like "the customer is always right" here. Just really, really bad. <1star

first time applying, went to an open house and got an apartment with them really qucikly, signed my lease and paid the deposit, got a rent stabilized unit, big shoutout to Adolfo and Sandy for their help, this company is great

This company is so crooked. Beware of this management. They are holding tenant's deposit claiming that they are waiting on previous management to transfer the funds. When the last management company transfer ownership they did send a letter notifying tenants that new management have their deposits. I called numerous times since I vacate the apartment to get my deposit back, they kept on telling me to call again as the owner is not available. Now it has been 3 months still has not refund me my deposit. People that are working for them are very unprofessional and unhelpful. The owner is never there always in a meeting or at lunch.
