Avoid 1008 MA Avenue at all time. They broke the law for not turning on heater when the temperature dropped below the required rate of 64F. After I said they broke the law and called Cambridge inspection services, they turned it on right away (originally they said it would take a week to turn on the heat). I used to live in an apartment building they manage over Mass Avenue for 4 years. During those years I had an issue with the kitchen sink that caused it to overflow out of nowhere (I was not even using it) that happened over 5 times and was never corrected. The most they did was to come clean the overflown kitchen one time. There was even a time that a JLL employee implied that I was lying and I had to show him an actual video showing that the overflowing was not caused by me. Anyways, horrible company. The last day I rented there I left the apartment to run some errands before 8 am and when I arrived my apartment was already full of people changing the rugs in the rooms. They manage (mis-manage) Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston. About a week and a half ago, my daughter lost a bracelet while shopping there with us . We immediately reported it to their security office. A few days later they found it and called to tell us. Since it was in the middle of the holidays and we were away, they said there was no rush to come get it and assured us that it was logged and safely placed in the security office's safe. A few days ago, they called and told my daughter not to bother to come in because the bracelet was missing from the safe and then quickly hung up without my daughter having a chance ask for an explanation. I went to a Doctor's app't at 313 Speen st Natick. Forget that there was NO adecquate parking, (for a building servicing the public), but the parking set up was ridiculous. I went down a long row to look for parking only to reach a DEAD END. I had to negotiate a U turn - or back up? - to go down another DEAD end row. Walking in the building, wrong door - poor signage; The first and only elevator I see says "deliveries only"; the second floor NO signage, again walking into the wrong office (mainly to get directions!). I told my doctor NOT to pay his rent. This company is emblematic of disfunctional, stupid, clueless, money grabbing, real estate. Moguls who know nothing and care less about customer service!
