This is a long review, but it is absolutely worth writing because Courtney and the entire JJK team are truly amazing. I owned a rental property in the area for over five years, and unfortunately my previous property management company engaged in fraud, stopped managing the property, and embezzled funds. After that experience, I went through two other property managers who simply were not cutting it before finally finding JJK. Working with JJK showed me what a true property management company actually looks like. From day one, they were extremely communicative, professional, and proactive. They consistently sent maintenance reminders to tenants, kept me informed as the owner, and stayed on top of every detail. Courtney has been my property manager for the last several years, managing both single family and multi family properties. Her expertise has helped guide myself and my team and allowed us to acquire rentals in that area, all while living out of state. Her personality, knowledge of the area, ability to work and deal with problems is second to none. I’ll continue to use her services knowing that she’s dialed in on her processes and her communication. Her entire team is also pleasant to work with and have been so the entire time we’ve done business with them. If you’re looking for a solid PM in the area, Courtney is a solid choice and highly recommended.
