Jim Pruett - Real Estate Expert

Jim Pruett is professional, hard working and honest. He worked incredibly hard to overcome multiple obstacles in selling our unique property. His team is also very prompt. For anyone in the Madison and outlying areas, he's the natural choice on either side of the purchase. If I were to make another transaction I would work with Jim without question or hesitation.

Jim and his team did a fantastic job selling our apartment building recently. Some agents would put it on the MLS and wait for inquiries to come in. Jim and his team actively hit the phones letting their extensive list potential buyers know the building was for sale, as well as suggesting the many possible uses or configurations for the building. I’ve also used Jim when buying a few rentals quite a few years ago and he did an amazing job back then as well. I would highly recommend.
