Additionally, we were living in NJ at the time, and the home we chose came with various factors that made the process rather complex. Jim went above and beyond in the search for our home in Columbia, SC. He worked with us diligently from start to finish, and even held the keys for us after our closing as we had to move down from out of state and were not able to pick them up. Jim is not only timely, knowledgeable, and informative, but also realistic and will tell you like it is with every aspect of the home purchase.
