She invited me to a call for which she came prepared to introduce her agency and processes, understand my situation and objectives, and start working. We were in the middle of very difficult period transitioning my mom to a memory care facility. Many things were needed to spruce up the house. Jill gave us the ability to do as little or as much as we wanted. In this case Jill and her team stepped up and very quickly coordinated improvements and prepared the home for listing and a very quick and easy sale. It was so nice not having the extra worry or stress compounding an already emotional time.

It was a real pleasure working with Jill and her team. There was a fair amount of improvement work that was completed quickly and competently. Once the house was listed, I received notifications for all viewing appointments and if the viewers filled out a critique, got to read those. Jill also sends along a weekly real estate activity report which I found useful to compare pricing and monitor how fast things were moving. This was a big help to decide if any price changes need to be made. In summary, I would not hesitate to contact Jill if I was going to sell or buy another house.

Jill provided excellent service for us during our home buying process and was communicative every step of the way. We are new to the area and she helped familiarize us with the neighborhood.
