Tony, the manager, made the tour and application process incredibly easy. He was very thorough and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The building is beautiful, and the apartments are clearly high quality. These studios are designed for real people; not tiny, impractical spaces. You get full-size, quality appliances, a great amount of space, an actual bathtub, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Trust me, I searched hard, and the moment I walked into this place, I just knew it was the right environment to support both my lifestyle and my professional life. Thank you, Tony! I highly recommend this place.

I like our manager. I like our apartment. I like our roof. I live in paradise. My view from the window is the most beautiful, I have never had such a beautiful view. I got great pleasure from communicating with the managers. They signed the contract very quickly and we moved in a short time. Thank you very much.

Me and my partner have lived here since they opened this building almost two years ago. I don’t usually leave any reviews on google let alone negative ones, but I felt the need to warn people about this place. 1. It is very overpriced for the amount of space and amenities you get. 2. They up charge you a lot for everything like parking, storage and bike room etc. 3. I’ve had two brand new electric Rad bikes stolen from their bike room because it was so poorly secured even after being so called “fixed” the second time. Property management refuses to let you see any security footage and they barely help you with thefts at all which happen a lot here. Many peoples bikes have been stolen as well as the garage that has been broken into and multiple peoples storage units that you pay a lot for h

Smooth move in experience, helpful staff, and lowkey great amenities. Best rooftop community area I've experienced as a renter. Good place to call home. I’m happy but I wish I lived on the other side of the building away from 15th. Otherwise it’s great.

I’ve had such a good experience living here. The staff are super nice, my neighbors have all been great, and Benny feels right at home. I love that the building hosts community get togethers and the rooftop is a huge bonus!
