Petrucci recently built a new school building for the school I work for. They did an incredible job. They were able to navigate all the paperwork and licensing for us. Their contractors were efficient and respectful. They were contractually obligated to be done by December, but we will be ready to move in by October. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and excellence of the Petrucci company. If you need a building designed and built, they are absolutely the company to go with.

Avoid this company at all costs. Management is unprofessional and charge their tenants the wrong amount of rent and fees. Instead of properties they should invest in training their employees on handling accounts. It's unacceptable. **I've tried to reach out multiple times for a week and NO ONE picks up the phone.
