They will tell you the truth about the deal and not just try to sell you a loan. The education Jet Lending provides is top notch. The owner Eddie, has bought nearly 2,000 houses himself. He knows his stuff.

Lies, i was first told they would not care about credit, and that the person i was talking to was partial owner of the company, so i was confident. But i ask them to ask their underwriter to review to make sure bc i dont want to pay for appraisal at $725 only to get turn down due to credit. They say just pay for appraisal first and they would send to underwriter to review and if it gets rejected then i would get a full refund. I agree, then 2 days later underwriter reject the loan, no appraisal ever came or contacted me. They said they will refund. I just check my card and I only got a partial refund. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they lied.
