Jessie & Myers Construction

Jessie and Myers completed our custom home located near the intracoastal waterway in September of 2024. We have now been in our home for more than a year and are loving it. Bo, Mike and Josh were great to work with and they and their sub-contractors delivered a well built beautiful home. As in any large construction project there were minor issues which were always addressed promptly by the Jessie and Myers team. The one or two items which needed to be addressed during our first year in the house were quickly addressed to our satisfaction as well. We highly recommend Jessie and Myers for your custom home building needs.

Jessie and Myers and Joshua helped us to build a beautiful house at Sunset Beach last year. They did a great job 👏 👍. We love all the vendors. Joshua still helps us after one year We will ask him to build again . Five stars

After building many houses in past 40 years, we couldn't be happier with our beach house. Bo and team have developed very good design, build, and financial processes. Josh was innovative in designing a cantilevered deck design to solve a site problem. Most importantly, their subs are loyal to J&M, and are great w/ design suggestions and high quality work.

We renovated 3 bathrooms with J&M at OIB a few months ago and had a great experience. Original breakdown of allowances (tile, etc) went out the window so we were concerned; eventually we realized that we spent much more than allocated some places and saved in others. Came out pretty close to original expected pricing, which was great and we now have 3 really nice bathrooms. Gotta give a shout out to Mike O. (construction supervisor for the subs/work); he was honest, hard working, kept in touch with us during the renovation and kept the job on track. Mike is the best and we would absolutely call him again.
