Avoid this place at all cost if you can. Horrible management. They have New staff members constantly. They never helped clear any ice from the parking spots during this past snow storm. Almost every apartment you walk by smells of weed. The trash dumpsters overflow every week and the bugs durning the hotter months are Horrible. The so called gym is only available during staffed hours. And you cant use the pool. The club house is just a open room with nothing in it. If you dont give a 60 notice that your moving they keep you security fee And charge you. Just avoid this place if you can find anything else PS And they refuse to work with you even if you paid on time every month for the past two years.

Keswick Apartments complex is simply amazing in every way any hour of any day. The Management team was made in Heaven. I started with Mrs.Diggs who was very kind and compassionate, she took time to help us feel out the application. In her absence we received impeccable customer service from Ms. Latoya who just gave us a breathtaking experience. Ms. Jackson went over and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. So professional and poise. It was some technicalities but Keswick wonderful Property Manager Ms.Campbell alleviated it expeditiously. My family and I are elated to call this place home. I would not recommend this apartment complex. In my experience, they constantly waste your time — they rarely answer the phone, and when they do, you’re left on hold for 15 minutes or more. They don’t communicate or share information internally, so if one staff member isn’t available, no one else can help you. They also say they accept offer letters for income verification, but that wasn’t true for me. Even after my employer personally verified my income, they still refused to accept it. On top of that, they do not update you on anything. After paying $150 to reserve a unit, I was left completely in the dark. I had the pleasure in getting the process to lease my apartment with Lorraine. She answered all my question and everything went smoothly from the tour to signing my paperwork. These apartments may not be the "fanciest" and may not have a balcony but it's cute and quiet. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Ana who also helped me with a situation. I only hope that management gets better with time since to my understanding they are new. Thank you ladies 🙏🏾

Honest review! I lived here for 3 years and would not recommend. The rent increases every year and is not worth it, especially when there aren’t any improvements or amenities. Nothing special about these apartments. Way better options near by with more to offer. Also, they do not refund in a timely manner or at all. I moved out in March 2025 and still have not received my security deposit as of July 2025. Look elsewhere.
