During COVID-19 time, our family checked into a vacation home that had long black hairs in the bathtub, dead bugs on the inside window sills, food rests in the microwave, greasy fingerprints on microwave and sliding glass door, hair in bathroom sinks, thick dust on dressers, and dust & hair on mattress pads & bed quilts. I spent first 2 hours of my vacation laundering, sanitizing, and cleaning door handles, tubs, sinks, kitchen , front porch furniture. I sent an email with photos to our realtor and asked for a late check out to compensate - no deal & no compensation either. Jesse Realty should take cleaning seriously and have consequences for property owners who do not.

I wish I would have read about Nancy and Jesse realty before making reservations for vacation. I have been trying to get in touch with Nancy about transferring reservations to next year since July 18, due to the virus.. She told me she would get in touch with the owner of the condo to see about transferring. E-mails were sent to her and other personnel that worked for Jesse Realty, no response to at least 3 emails. Nancy does not answer her phone and when I called the office, no one answered. I was referred to an office person, James, on Monday who said they couldn't give me an answer until they talked to Nancy and he verified my phone number. I was referred to James by a broker for Jesse Realty, I am still waiting for a reply.

Don’t ever deal with Nancy with this Jesse Realtor... 801 8th unit 6 third floor dirty, broken rack that can cut you in tub, dust pile on ceiling fans, with Covid 19 this unit does not follow the cleaning rules to Health Department! The place is old but that isn’t the issue it wasn’t clean. I washed all quilts they did stink and area carpet rugs smell like pee and stink!! I would never deal with Jesse Realtor in Ocean City NJ

Has a habit of hiring and retaining openly racist realtors.
