When my husband and I decided to knock down and rebuild a house on Long Beach Island, we contacted a local architect and builder. After receiving pricing on what we wanted to build we thought it was extremely high. So we then decided to contact Jersey Shore Modular Homes. Are we glad we did. We saved over 40% and built our dream home. We chose a two story on pilings, 2370 square feet, 4 bedrooms, a family room on each floor and 3 1/2 bathrooms plus an elevator. Mike and Zach guided us through the whole process customizing the model we chose to fit our needs. Whenever we had a question if they didn’t know the answer they returned our call as soon as they had the answer. I, with my wife's and son's input and support, recently completed a tear-down and new build with JSM in Mystic Island. The scenario was significant for me in that it is the property where I grew up, a lagoon-front home that was flooded and ruined in Superstorm Sandy and is now an amazing rebirth of a home in a stunning location. We had a great experience with Mike and his team building our first modular home. We felt very prepared and knew what to expect, communications were great, and any issues were addressed promptly, even after the home was completed. We would absolutely recommend working with Jersey Shore Modular Homes if you are considering building a new home. We originally contacted local contractors for stick-built homes, but without architectural drawings that cost over $15k, the builders could not even tell us a ballpark range for a home. With JSMH, we could explore home designs and layouts and have an idea of what a base model would cost before making any commitments. Once we met with JSMH, we worked with Zack and Mike to pick a home model/layout and request some modifications to better suit our lot and family needs.
