This building has a parking lot and the main parking lot “attendant” named Danny is beyond rude, careless and irresponsible. He refuses to secure people’s vehicle keys and has a bad attitude problem. On top of that he spends a majority of the time sleeping in an old beat down BMW inside the parking lot and when it’s time for him to park your car or take your car key, he acts has a nasty attitude and acts like you are disturbing his rest. Customers are paying $300 plus a month to park here, customer service should always be the #1 priority. Very disappointed.

They log me out of the facility for not signing the night sheet paper They could've bring the sign in sheet by the door so I could sign it like they did before But they don't want me to sign the night sheet anyway because they're preventing me from getting the city FHEPS voucherfor housing they don't want me to get housing but go to shelter to shelter They have the police officers to escort me and my 2 babies out of the facility on my 40th birthday and now have to go back to the PATH to refer me and my 2 babiessomewhere else 2 mount hope place is half resident and half shelter
