Jeremy Bradshaw is an excellent realtor. He sold my home in two days!! That in and of itself is amazing but it was not an every day type sale. I was in Alabama and the home is in Maine. Everything had to be done through phone calls and texts. Secondly this was a special house, requiring a particular buyer! The house was an old Victorian home. Jeremy had not one, but 2 buyers, in the first 2 days. The sale went smoothly with a cash sale at over asking!! I would definitely use him again if needed and highly recommend him .
