Chris Belland found me an off market warehouse that was perfect for my growing small business. He also helped me sell my other warehouse and I walked away very profitable. He was professional, flexible with my schedule, and I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Commercial property owners beware, take your business somewhere else. I was recently looking for a warehouse space to lease and found one online that seemed to fit my purposes. I called the number- no answer. Left a voicemail -no reply. A few days later I got through to Chris Bondi and told him I wanted to view the property. It seemed like this was going to be a real hassle for him, he said he'd call me back. I spent the next 5 days calling and leaving voicemails, trying to track him down to get an answer. I also left voicemails at the other numbers listed for the property. The only helpful person was the front desk, who was passing on the messages for me. Eventually she got Chris Bondi to call me back. Not a even a hint of an apology for the slow reply. He stated it was the owners fault

We were the landscape company that they skipped the bill on. When I reached out to them they asked me to send over the outstanding invoice. Since doing so my invoice has gone unpaid. They robbed my and my company. Very unprofessional, I can see why they have a 3 star rating and declining

Matt Mondo is excellent. He helped us find locations when others told us it couldn't be done. He responded promptly while others took days to return a simple call. Highly reccomend.
