Jennifer is the most thoughtful and intentional realtor that I've ever come across. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. You would be happy with the decision to go with her to help you find your dream home.

NOT recommend. I found Jennifer Vilela a horrible Realtor to deal with, lazy problematic, Rude that’s seems to only be worried Abount her own money in her pocket and time. problematic, Doest follow the normal realtor routine of the house being empty for a walk though that takes place before closing. Lazy. She doesn’t take the time to write legal addendums and contracts. Once she gets her money she doest handle things and ghost you, problematic Demeanor is rude and lazy and care free. My review is based on my learned opinion doing business together. 11-14-22 this review is accurate and we definitely did business typicall business to lie and pretend things are fake.

Jenn Vilela is so good at what she does! She is on top of her work and does it with a smile and joy! She helped our family find our home carefully considering our needs! If we buy again, we will be sure to contact Jenn!

Very disappointed in Jennifers rude manner. She was no only late but extremely unprofessional. Beware! There are many other realtors so I'd advise in finding someone else.
