A few years ago Jennifer Staff made our life a living hell. She got us all the way to closing day and ended up not finishing the sale for this house. She pre approved us for an amount we were never supposed to get but sorry we didn’t know that it was her fault. My realtor asked me what time is closing today, I called and I was to Jennifer was no where to be found and no one there (Guild Mortgage) even knew about our closing or that we should even be closing.
