I was looking at a house in Dec of 2019 in Charlestown NH, this property was listed as a 3 bed apt on Zillow. My realtor arrived for housing inspections to which we found a crumbling septic, which was only 3 years old, an open sewage pit under the bathroom floor and a “house” which only had 1 bedroom. This person is a liar and a cheat. I would strongly suggest that if you’re dealing with this agency to not work with this person in any manner.
