Jeffrey Apartments

Moved in August to this building from the Peter Paulson and it is an amazing upgrade here, much bigger studio apartments, and the corner one bedroom apartments are amazing for one person too! The only downside I see right now is that it is hard to get Work requests filled for repairs or replacements of items sometimes, and there are always homeless and drug addicts hanging out front that get chased away pretty regularly and quickly. Inside the building is always clean and peaceful for the most part, modern updated soda and snack machines with tap pay downstairs, laundry facilities on every even floor, and so far very friendly neighbors, save a few people... but that happens everywhere. Building is simple and well keep up. Is a great area and close to your every need. People here are great neighbor’s and are welcome to new neighbors.

I've been here since this apartment building opened in 2008. The building itself is nice and is kept up. I love the location, close to Streetcar, Buses and Max with Safeway and Plaid a half block away. I've had some good times here. Also lost a lot a good friends, may they RIP. There are some good people who live here, I can't say that about all of them and pretty sure it's the same any where.

Comfortable place to live. Near a lot shops and restaurants/cafes.

I lived here for over five years and would not move back in. This building had switched hands at one point and the previous company to own it, did a lot of shady things. Even now, the present company, it isn’t that great. Definitely better than it was, when I first moved in but this building is a place that seems to drive property managers mad. Most of the day staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful but don’t expect the apartment office to be open more then three days a week (if you are lucky). The night staff when I live there were homophobic and transphobic (doubtful this has changed), even with bring it to the attention of the property manager, nothing gets done.
