Tina Kyle the Office Manager deserves every star Tina has excellent customer service she’s always kind and very helpful to our Jefferson Way Apartments community Tina always makes sure that our Jefferson Way Apartments Community is a very safe and clean community and Tina always helps each and every tenant here Feel at home here at our community! So we appreciate Tina Kyle for her hard work and she definitely deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️ Tina deserves 10 stars ⭐️ Thank you Tina Kyle for all the hard work you do in maintaining this beautiful community! Tina is a great apartment manager. Always willing to help no matter how big or small the issue is. Darien is Johnny on the spot when it comes to any maintenance problem. Both always have a smile on their face.

I’ve been here over 10 years and this is the cleanest and safest community in all of Orange Park. No vandalism, no damage to vehicles and great neighbors !!! Rent is reasonable considering when I moved in my rent was $ 499 a month and after 10 years it is up to $1100 a month. We are looking for a house in this area and this area is extremely quiet !!!

I was referred by a friend. And property manager was so nice. She's so amazing. She seems to be very passionate about what she does and loves the property that she works for I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I'm a homeowner looking to downsize. I have been thinking about moving back to Orange park After living in tallahassee for 5 years and the manager Very much convinced me. This is what I want to do and I Very much want to live in this community After the tour I went on, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. This is where I want to be.

This is the second time I've lived at Jefferson Way Apartment's. I moved last time because I had the chance too rent a house. My age now and last year's storms were more than I could handle with a house. I knew how Jefferson Way was managed and kept up, that's why I reached back out to Tina Kyle. If any problems arise Tina and Darren see too it. I would recommend Jefferson Way to anyone. People are friendly and it's quiet here.
