I am fairly a new resident that has been in my apartment for about six months. As I have been here, I have ran into a few issues, leaving most of them to be resolved, but maybe one unresolved but when entering the office and having to speak with Genesis, the assistant, she is always willing to listen, talk and try to resolve your issue to the best of her ability. She is always willing to give a helping hand with information. As I have been going in there with many questions, concerns and issues that young lady has always been pleasant And tries to always have a smile on her face which majority time she does. Have rats bad and have bed bugs bad. The rental office knows there is a problem and will moved the first person out then repaint and moved the next person in.This is with the whole complex.When you first come in the gate you see people houses getting treated for bed bugs.

These people will take your money for application online and never process your application, then when you try to get your money back , they give you the run around and never follow up, or return your call, Jessica Smith states she is fairly new , however the number on the contact card for her direct line is not even the correct number, now I'm being told they can refund me $75 out of my $150 they paid , because THEY failed to let me know my daughter didn't pay her portion ,, I don't know what yall doing but I'm not the one to play with at all , I will be seeking legal actions
