Jefferson Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

I am very pleased with the handling of this 'New Residence' application as well as the way the office (Lexie) handled my visit (without having an appointment) as I just showed up (I came in from out of town). She walked me through every step! Here are pictures from my move-in day! I do not have my furniture yet but will soon. The move in was great!! Lexie was very thorough with everything and had answers for all of my questions. I am really exited to be part of this community!!

Living at Jefferson Pointe Apartments was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. When I moved in, there were several maintenance issues, including a couple major ones. Maintenance was quick to respond. But having the wall opened up for a major shower plumbing repair (because there was hardly any water coming out) and the plank flooring having to be replaced after I moved (I pointed out the corners sticking up in several places to the leasing person on my initial walk-though) were major inconveniences. The floor above me squeaked and creaked and popped very loud with every step the upstairs tenant took and woke me up at night. For four months I complained to the property manager about this overhead noise. Her response was they checked the flooring f

We moved here from CA, and knew nobody here. I searched online, found the place and even signed the lease online. Didn't even know what it would be like until we came in. Guess what? It was beautiful, and perfectly ready for us even without our supervision.We've been living here for almost one year now, and there's nothing to be complained about. Doesn't matter which season, it's just beautiful, such a wonderful place to live. Friendly staff and maintenance service even after hours for emergencies are great!

I enjoyed life at Jefferson Pointe very much during the 3+ years I lived there. The current management is responsive, friendly and prompt in giving service. Monthly activities foster a sense of community. They do a good job of maintaining the property inside and out. If life brings me back to Overland Park, I will seriously consider renting at Jefferson Pointe again.

This place is extremely well cared for, and is just a beautiful and safe property. Bryson was extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to do some digging to help me find what I was looking for with dates, my needs, and budget. I ended up choosing a unit at their sister complex Villa Milano (Noah over there is awesome too) only because they had a unit that was perfect, and available on the date I needed. So, that was the deciding factor was just timing. Jefferson Pointe is very nice and I would be moving there if I hadn't found my unicorn at their other property.
