Jefferson Place

Been here for 4 months. Places are clean and leasing office is helpful. Specifically impressed with the maintenance team. They respond to requests in a timely manner. Always super friendly when entering the apartment or even when just seen around the complex. They even introduced themselves as I was moving in to let me know they’re around when needed. Super appreciative of all the work they do to keep the apartments and the surrounding area in good shape.

He is hands-down the most dependable and detail-oriented maintenance professional I’ve ever dealt with at any apartment community, and I've seen a lot. I've lived here for over a year now and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Vic responds to maintenance requests quickly and professionally, and he fixes problems right the first time with no need for repeat visits. For example, I recently had a leaky sink pipe, and Victor had it fully repaired within minutes — no delays, no excuses, just fast and solid workmanship. He is also extremely friendly, respectful, and courteous whenever he enters the apartment. He always greets me with

The absolute best thing about living at Jefferson Place is the maintenance team. They are skilled, friendly, caring, responsive, and they treat each request like it isthe most important thing they have to do. Dan and Victor are true gems!

The maintenance crew is back again exceeding our expectations and I wanted to give a glowing review of our interactions with them, all year. They are always prompt for service cases, caring and considerate when they come and Dan M always goes above and beyond for us and my family. Keep this man around!

The maintenance staff has been great, especially Viktor. Always friendly, helpful & quick to respond to any request. It feels more like you’re talking with a neighbor than a person on staff.
