HOW TO LEGALLY BREAK YOUR LEASE: Contact a restoration company and if you have mold inside your walls or a rotten caved in cabinet the company can write a list of stuff and deam it unsafe so you can legally break the lease or transfer units. More likely you have asbestos in the drywall so if you have a leak say from a neighbor above thats grounds for a lease break. I recommend contacting rocket restoration they can help you

I have been getting sick here. I have been stuck in my lease. I have spent the past 2 months not living here. I have two more months left and they say I can't break my lease. That there's nothing wrong. Neighbors say they have mold and I have pictures. I have all my stuff moved out, havnt stayed there in two months. I'm still paying rent though because I'm stuck in a lease and management doesn't care. I have told them every week, about getting sick. They don't care. Barb yelled at me at one point when I said I would like to find a better place to live. It was very uncomfortable, very shocking. I have pet her dog and been nice to her everyday. Yet this is a response for having a medical issue living in a unhealthy building. Obviously my health isn't important to this place, or management. T

Barb and Aaron are amazing! I have never been as happy with an apartment complex as I have been living here. I never worry about my kids being outside alone because the neighbors all look out for each other. They are very pet friendly.. If you ever have anything that needs fixed they get it fixed super fast. If you are looking for a great place look no further!

I can't say enough good things about the management and apartments here! Barb is wonderful and always so nice and helpful! Aaron is always on top of anything that needs fixing and caring for the grounds here! I will always recommend Jefferson to anyone looking for an apartment at a great price!
