Jefferson Heights Townhomes

I have and still love it here. My son and I have enjoyed this apartment so much they are kept in great condition and the one we have has a great view. They are close by to the school (great for any parents). That is just the place the Management team is also amazing. When our application came through they were so quick and helpful with us getting into these apartments. I worked with Debra and she was so kind and quick to respond to any questions I have! So easily 5/5 for them.

We lived in these apartments for about six years, as this was all that we could afford at the time. We have had several unpleasant altercations with the landlord, many of which consisted of her screaming, yelling and being absolutely belligerent with us. On multiple accounts, she has made degrading, threatening and rude remarks at entirely unnecessary times. She refuses to allow kids simple toys such as chalk. She refused to address the poor parking situation where tenants had no place to park during the winter and would get towed for parking on the streets. She screamed at a friend of mine who unkowningly parked in a no-parking zone (parked there because there were no open spaces) instead of approaching him with decency like a normal person.
