Jefferson Chase Apartments & Condominiums

I have lived here 3 years! Our building is awesome now!! There were issues with cleanliness, noise and too many people living in one apartment!! Since Donna came and worked on the issues and showed she cares it is SO VERY MUCH BETTER!! How many apartment managers would shovel snow especially for the handicap!! Well DONNA DID JUST THAT!!!

This place has the worst management. I've put in work tickets for appliances on the fritz and nothing is done about it. "They're working just fine" or a quick fix is used. They leave notes about coming to paint or clean something up and dont show up until a week later. How am I to enjoy my home when I have to constantly wonder when some random stranger is going to walk in? Not enough parking and if you have a paid reserved spot it doesn't matter people will park there anyway with no regard. The security front doors dont even shut all the way and most dont lock. So glad im leaving this place. I would not recommend unless you don't mind bugs, rodents and overflowing trash recepticles.

I love this apt complex. The manager is nice and helpful. The apts are nice and quiet. I don't ever hear anyone.

Donna is something else from heaven, is she not an angel, yes she is. Tough but very nice and honest.

I lived there for two years and honestly can say it was a great experience. No bug issues and clean! The apartments are updated with granite in bathrooms and kitchens. I loved it because of how quite it was. I never heard my neighbors because the structure of the buildings are good. It had to be concrete! I can’t say anything but nice things about Dominick (property manager/ maintenance/ everything else)who was always nice and helpful! He did it all! Truly a pleasure to live there and if it wasn’t because I recently got engaged and moved to live with my fiancé I’d still be there.
