Jeff and the Apex Home Loan team were amazing to work with! As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about the mortgage process and the many hoops we'd need to jump through during the application, especially after hearing friends' stories. Jeff explained the entire process to us, making sure that we understood every form we were signing and we were comfortable with each step. Jean Butera was in constant communication with us, graciously answering my list of questions throughout each round of paperwork and updating us each time our loan passed a step in the process. Jeff Modeski and his team are a very well oiled machine. They make sure you understand everything you have to do, they're patient and kind and there are no hurdles they can't get over. They literally walk you through everything, every step of the way and make sure you're getting what you need, all while keeping things moving forward.
