An emergency pulled him literally half way across the world shortly before we closed and he was still available to answer my questions and assist. He coordinated with another realtor to help resolve a dispute with my landlord. He’s also incredibly patient. I’m a pain to work with because I ask a lot of questions, I’m particular, often want to do things my own way, and tend to stress.
