Terrible service! It was so frustrating working with them. Not friendly at all -- made you feel that they are doing you a favor. In my client's transaction - 2 days AFTER the settlement - they came out with something that they forgot to review/check/explain before closing, delaying the receipt of proceeds to my seller who was buying another house, needing the funds urgently. Because of their negligence, they had to correct the ALTA (after the settlement). Over a month passed after the settlement date and they still hadn't sent my seller or me the corrected ALTA, final settlement statement or withholding certificate. I had to call multiple times to get those documents that they were supposed to send over a month ago. Such a bad experience.

Love the service—Stephanie (the processor), Angela (the office manager), and Jorge (the signing agent) are all fantastic to work with. I especially appreciate their flexibility and clear, precise communication.
