I rent a place with them and they are great Landlords to work with. Very well informed, efficient and are not afraid to answer any questions you may have! Landlord is also very easy to communicate with and troubleshoot any issues you may have. The area I rent is peaceful, with local parks, bars, restaurants and more. Definitely would recommend renting with them! 🙌🏽

5 Stars for this property! Carlos is a great landlord and easy to communicate with for any issue. The home is spacious and we have enjoyed the renovated kitchen and bathroom. If I hadn't taken a job in the city I would be staying here longer! Beautiful lawn, great location, and great communication for any needs. By far the most sufficient place I have rented!

My husband and I moved here this past Autumn and we love it! We walk into town for food and drinks frequently, and enjoy a quiet small town type atmosphere while relaxing at home or while out and about. Really close to anywhere we want to go. (Mall/shopping, groceries, 985, lake, parks etc.) The inside is very nice with hardwood floors, fresh paint and lovely countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Our rooms are very spacious and are big enough to fit a king size bed plus some! Rent is great and if ever there is anything we need our land lord Carlos is very helpful and accommodating to us! We plan on staying for a while and enjoying our charming apartment! ❤

I've rented for years....I have never in my life had a landlord that is so attentive and actually CARING for my needs and that of my family. These guys are doing a stellar job. I can't express with words how awesome my stay in Buford has been thanks to Pinedas Apartments. They were proactive in every regard, and they have a QUICK response to any issue. I've never had a better landlord. If I didn't have to move out of state I would have been here for years with a smile on my face. The location is amazing and I have had so much privacy. Truly a great place to call home.

Talk to the owner Jorge he was really nice and professional. He took the time out of his day to explain how everything works with the rental .He also took the time out of his day to come show me that apartments . I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TALK TO JORGE.
