We had an awesome experience and our house turned out really nice. We've been in the house for almost 2 years. We had a small part on our HVAC unit fail and they came out and fixed it next day. Otherwise, everything has been great.

Best advice I can give is run!!!! The whole experience was a disaster from day 1. First it was not finished when it was supposed to be, so that caused me to lose my interest and payments almost 400 more than they was supposed to be. The only reason I got in when I did was cause of my mortgage guy pushing to get me in. Had a leak that ruined my walls. When they came to fix it, they just wanted to put up new drywall and cover up the mold that was already in the wall. My yard was a swamp. They refused to fix it and said they don’t do warranty work on yards. Had to pay someone else to fix that. My siding is now coming off the side of the house cause it was put up incorrectly. Had to have my gas fireplace removed cause no one could fix that issue and we had gas leaks. My foundation h

We purchased our home from JBG Builders in May of 2024. We visited the property weekly as it was being built. They laid dead sod on our property and also on bad soil filled with rocks. We had a inspection before closing and also questioned them about the sod. This was listed in all of the things that needed to be fixed. They have not fixed anything that was promised. Instead they came and put seeds down on dead sod which has caused weeds to grow uncontrollably in our yard. I have reached out to the builder and the warranty company that they use. You can only file a complaint by email. They refuse to correct the problem. This problem existed before closing and it is getting worse by the day. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS BUILDER! Not only did they lie about the finish date, which was almost two months past the intended date. They didn't even have the courtesy to return my calls. You can tell the contractors just don't care. Between sub-par, and rushed work, they use super cheap fixtures as well. Not to mention their customer service is horrible. I've had to pay out of pocket it fix multiple issues because they won't come out unless it's an "emergency". My master bath vanity is literally separating from the wall and they stated I have to wait until my 11 month walk-through. We bought this house last year in September and I can't wait to sell it because it's been such a horrible experience. I honestly has a better experience with Dan Ryan!

Built our home in 2017, good experience. Built our home in about 3 months, sod in front yard. Had a few issues, we were promised a flat yard and didn't get it at all, the back yard they buried all the rocks and boulders in it so putting a fence up was definitely a chore in itself. We had to clean floors before we moved in, dust from drywall and paint I guess was all over hardwood floors. I will say Josh, the owner will take care of things when needed, fast response to emails. All in all they built a great home, just some stuff we wish we knew beforehand like the lot we picked, we would have picked another lot.
