People need to understand apartments fill fast and it first come first base . Pat has been a great landlord to myself and a few other I know of. I must say the maintenance team never fails when it comes to me asking for something to get fix. They are efficient trustworthy . I’ve been with Jbas for over 5 years they try there best for active tenants.
I have been waiting almost 8 months for my security deposit check to be returned. After being told many times by Pat McHugh that it's in the mail or he thought he sent it, an envelope finally showed up today which stated to see the enclosed check. There is no check inside. Not to mention it is impossible to get in contact with anyone at JBAS
I never received any connection with them
