Jaycee Village Apartments

I moved to Columbus 16 years ago and have been seeking likable housing ever since. EUREKA! Moved in today and it's what I expected and more!

I’ve been calling this place since since morning it is not 4 pm and still no answer. I’m simply trying to find out if there are any Vacancies and there is no one to answer. I stop by to check the place out in person but could not get in due to needing access. Now I’m calling to try and get ahold of someone to answer any questions I have and still no answer. The place didn’t look bad from the outside but I wasn’t able to step in to find out anything else. It would be nice if someone would pick up the phone at least. That’s an easy red flag for me.

This place smells. There are stains on the floor everywhere! Management not responsive. I saw a dog urinate in the hall. The place needs to be renovated with flooring that can be cleaned. Carpeting no the best option.

Parking is very far away from building. Difficult for elderly who now have to make their way thru snow to prepare their cars for driving.

The Jaycees do incredible work, great place for elderly folks to live.
