Every time I've had to deal with the friendly staff at Jay Dubb Property Management it's been an absolute pleasure. It hasn't matter whether I've called or gone in person anything I needed was always quickly addressed by the people there. I've dealt with some larger property management companies that have been a real pain in the A$$ and made it extremely difficult to deal with them on any issues that needed to be addressed. Not only have I never personally had a negative experience with these guys I've not heard from anyone else I know that has either and everyone seems to really enjoy the professionalism and speed of service provided to them. Super neglectful! They were the nicest people at first,very friendly and communicative and understanding, that all changed the moment we moved in. We have been completely ignored on multiple occasions despite us never being late on rent or causing any problems in or around the property. Most of the time it feels as if we don't have a landlord/management at all, you can call the office and you won't get through or get a message back 9/10. We are still dealing with things that was supposed to be taking care of when we first moved in. I'm starting to feel like maybe something else is contributing to their neglect.

I recommend Jay Dubb Property Management to anyone in Northeast Wisconsin for their home, business, and storage rental needs. I appreciate that they frequently update their inventory and utilize technology to make it easy for you to browse and apply online. Great people and even better service.

I had the privilage of renting from JDPM for 2 years. They were amazing. I really enjoyed renting my studio space for my business from them. Anytime there was a concern they were there to talk to me / correct it. I would recommend them.
