Not sure what the other guy is talking about, but your realtor doesn't set rental terms. It looks like your issue should be with the building owner. Anyway, we worked with Jay and he was very helpful in helping us to find a new warehouse location. The location he found was perfect for us and we are actually going to be using him again because we have outgrown the current location.
