My husband and I worked with Jay to both sell our home and to buy our new home. Jay was able to negotiate the price on our new property and saved us around $50,000! This was at the hight of the housing boom when homes were being sold sight unseen for thousands over asking price in cash. He went way above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The house we bought was not an easy or simple sale. We bought a commercial property with the plan to turn it back into a residential property. We had to fight the town, the banks and hunt down an appraiser who was willing to even come out and look at the property. Through all of this Jay was amazing.
