Jax Rents

The rent is good but the maintenance repairs not because they only do half work and they charge for every repair I being with out stove for 7 months and they want $1000 dollars to fix it after my lease ends I'm not going to rent with them again

I would recommend them to anyone.I Love the neighborhood and it's in the area where I don't have to go to far from home to doctors appointments and the grocery store and laundry room. The only problem is since I moved in my AC have been going out. They send the AC repair man out but he's half way fixing it. Every two to three days it's not getting working at all. I've changed the filter but that didn't make a difference. Just hope they can have it fixed correctly this time.

I was interested in viewing a home at 836 W. 31st Street and was immediately disgusted with the professionalism and reply of Lisa. Most of her communication was by text, and because of it she, had the nerve to offend me twice! Once asking me if I read the qualifications! for what! a viewing ?? as if I couldn't afford it, and then when I replied to her, she insults again and sends me a white thumbs up emoji when I'm black, up in the text!? Versus saying great see you soon...I'm glad it ended right there and not further.. Not sure what type of applicants has came, but I have class and resources and not a derelict!!!

I absolutely LOVE renting from Charleen... I wouldn't move unless I absolutely had to. They respond to any problems the very next day. Charleen is a blessing. The only way I would seriously stop renting from her is if I wanted something bigger and she didn't have a house available. But honestly I would put myself on her waiting list.

I have rented from here since 2017. Before he passed Dennis took me and my son in after my other home was flooded by the hurricane. I was deeply saddened when he passed for there will not ever be another like him. They take care their tennants right then and there My son and I have called this little house home it will be bittersweet when we move.
