Javier is a brilliant industry person, well presented, knowlegeable, understanding, reassuring and super fun. Is the one who actually cares, I think this is his secret success factor. You can not fake it. Javier professionally identified my family's needs just maintaining nice small talk, and eventually offered us 2 properties as we requested in the area we liked - both of them was suitable for a small family with a pet (this is not easy to find).
