10/10! Michael was honest, responsive, and truly dedicated to getting us moved in on time. He was incredibly professional and worked with us from start to finish as we began this new chapter. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, with laundry in your building or just next door, you get his-and-her closets, parking AND there’s a bus stop nearby for commuters heading into the city — a huge plus! Maintenance is super responsive to any tickets, and you’re only a 20-minute drive from stunning NYC views in Weehawken<3
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this property. While the apartments may look fine at first glance, my experience has been far from positive. Management has been unresponsive to maintenance requests, communication is poor, and there are frequent unexpected charges that aren’t clearly explained. There are also issues with safety and transparency. Certain policies seem to change without notice, and I’ve observed practices that feel misleading compared to what was promised during the leasing process. One example: more than once, I’ve noticed the property manager or staff outside at around 5 a.m., apparently involved in towing vehicles — including cars belonging to residents of a nearby complex. I've been living here since April and so far, it's been a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. The apartment itself is super comfortable and spacious which is perfect for someone living alone. There's plenty of closet space, which I really appreciate. Laundry room right downstairs!!! The only downside is the parking situation. Unfortunately, there's no designated visitor parking, and cars without a permit will be towed. I always have to let guests know to park on nearby streets. I've had a couple of maintenance issues, and every time I’ve reached out to Michael Guillen, he's been incredibly responsive and helpful. He’s always quick to assist and genuinely cares about making sure residents have the best experience possible. His professionalism
Hopefully you read reviews here. Management is poor, hopefully you never have visitors because they will all be towed, and good luck navigating because the front office lady can't tell the front of her hand from the back. Overall very useless experience. Michael will lie to you however he needs to if it means he will close the deal. Predatory experience from top to bottom.
I strongly advise against living in this apartment complex. For over six months, I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, and not one has been properly addressed. On the rare occasion someone from the maintenance team does show up, they either don’t fix the issue or never follow up. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. Even worse, mushrooms have actually started growing from my ceiling due to ongoing water damage. This is the second time it’s happened, and still, no one has taken any action. I’ve had to report the situation to the town authorities because it’s clear the management doesn’t care about tenant health or safety.
