Jason is fantastic! As a Realtor, I work with several lenders and Jason is truly one of the best in the business. From the moment he issues the pre-approval, till closing, he is in communication with his client and the Realtor, so everyone is on the same page. When sellers see the pre-approval letter from Jason, it gives the buyer's offer an edge because the seller and their agent know, they can count on the deal closing on time and an overall smooth process.

Poor communication and Prosperity’s rates are not competitive. The rates went down and an opportunity was missed while Jason was non-responsive. I should have gone with Alliant Credit Union to save hundreds per month. And…My previous review was deleted. Good luck :)
