My husband and I have been renting from Jarrell Properties for about 6 months, and have had a great experience. Our positive experience began with the application process, and has continued throughout our lease. We are renting an older property (that we absolutely love) that has had some maintenance issues, but the property manager, Matt, and maintenance team have been very responsive in making repairs and addressing any concerns that we have brought to them. We feel that we made a great decision to move in here, and couldn’t be happier!

The property manager is the worst and Mr. Jarrell can definitely find someone more professional than who he has. I have never been treated the way this property manager has been treating me. If you are under s certain age she seems to think she doesn't have to have respect for you. She enforces only the rules that she wants when she wants and if your an African American you can forget her ever having any respect. Update: I no longer use Jarrell Properties but I can say before I moved we got another property manger and he was excellent. Matt was professional and caring. He made my last year living in the Oaks the best I ever had living there in the 7 years I had been there.

We have lived in our home for 13 years and have found the property manager to always be very helpful, courteous and respectful. She is quick to resolve any issues without prejudice. Because of her diligence, the properties and yards are well-maintained and the neighborhood is safe. Jarrell Properties couldn't have a better property manager!!

It is so darned nice to have responsive landlords who take care of things quickly and with a friendly nature. If I’m always a renter I’ll always rent from Jarrell!! For the second time they have immediately taken care of an issue with a smile. Also I love love my new rented home and it is so charming. Great Landlords.

Matt the manager is making a difference to the company an the community he reached out to me in a email it showed he ready cares about his job an the community he manages I hope Jarrell properties let's him improve on the things he wants to upgrade or get done in the community, as long as he's running the community I would recommend anybody living here in the oaks community park . An I have never seen a Manger reach out an showed they care as long as I have been renting an my friends is place to call home.
