Janice is obnoxious. Most important, she does not do the minimal basics to sell a house such as professional photos and open houses. Our beautiful house sat at the market. She didn’t lift a finger. So mad that we gave her the business. Make sure your real estate agent gets you professional photos. It makes all the difference. Our house would have sold immediately.

I have bought and sold five homes, two of which I had the pleasure to work with Donna Hathaway, and most recently Kimberly McGrath. Donna was absolutely wonderful and Kimberly and I have enjoyed a professional relationship for nearly ten years. I would reach out to her for annual market analysis or rental options, and each and every time, she would get back to me immediately. When it came time to sell my twelve year old home, she proved to be the best real estate agent ever. With all the new codes and laws, buyer’s demands, and surprises that come with the territory, she made my life so much easier. She is Incompetent and doesn't do her job. I bought a house from her about 5 years ago that she listed as having town sewer and I just found out a couple days ago it has septic because the septic system was backing up. My real estate agent called her and informed her of the situation and she basically said it's too late to do anything about that. So not only does she not to her due diligence before she lists a house she refuses to fix the problem caused by her not listing the house correctly.

Unprofessional. It’s all about HER while she is working for YOU! Can’t stand this woman.
