The entire team, both the office staff and the maintenance crew are just amazing and SUPER kind. They keep everything so clean and well-kept, and you can absolutely feel the care they put into the place. They host events that really bring the community together and I love the food trucks lol But one thing I especially appreciate is how well they communicate. They always keep you informed with notices and updates, so you’re never left guessing what’s going on. It just makes everything feel that much more welcoming and smooth. Jamestown truly feels like home! The team goes above and beyond to put together events for the residents. There’s always food trucks, holiday celebrations, giveaways, or just sharing local events—they’re always doing something to make life here more enjoyable. Anytime I stop by the office, Michele, Brittany, and Melody are super welcoming and friendly; genuinely involved, dedicated staff. I’ve even seen Michele, the property manager, picking up trash and taking care of the grounds during her free time, which really shows how much she cares about the community. It’s also a great place for my dog and family when they visit. There are two large dog parks and beautiful pools right on property. I love that I can feel safe walking around at any time and the landscaping is always well-kept. It’

Whenever I call for a maintenance issue, they’re always spot on with getting it fixed fast, and the maintenance crew is always polite and professional. Every single interaction I’ve had with a staff member has been polite, courteous, and helpful. Michele is wonderful and has always been a big help with anything you need with any question, concern, or anything it’s always answered or promptly figured out. The apartment is nice, the community is inviting, and the whole complex is well maintained. I’ve lived here for years, and would recommend it to anyone.

Lived here for almost 3 years. Positives: Gorgeous, spacious apartments. Great customer service. Loved the two pools! It gives you options in case one us super busy. Very pet-friendly! Lots of folks have dogs and there's a little fenced in dog park in the back corner. Residents don't always pick up after their dogs in the park but are very good about picking up after them elsewhere. Complex is well-lit and I always felt safe. Drawbacks: litter has started becoming a bit of an issue over the past year. Residents don't always do a great job getting their trash into the compactor and sometimes just leave the bags to pile up outside it. Also, they just let the pool filters do the work in cleaning the pool, so usually my husband would skim it before we swam.
