Jameson St Apartments

I have lived here for 5 years. Our new manager is a huge step up from our last manager. She cares about the tenants and strives to improve this little community daily. Ive seen her going above and beyond to help new tenants coming in or fix an issue for others. She is a blessing. Utilities are included, which is a huge help for me as a single mother and full time student/working 2 jobs. Less for me to worry about. Maintance is quick to make repairs and he really cares. He does his best to make sure the tenant is comfortable. These two are the heart of our community.

I’ve lived here for 10+ Years. I’ve seen this complex’s worst time and it’s best times. Every since the new manager jatonna took over the complex has been amazing. The pool actual opened for the extremely Hot summers. The wash room was redone with new and working appliances. The old and falling off shingles were replaced with beautiful sheet metal for a nice modern look. When a complaint is put it it was dealt with quick. Our old outdated appliances we updated or replaced when needed. I recommend Jameson street apartment to anyone and everyone. It’s such an amazing place to stay not that she’s takes over.

If you pay extra on your rent it will NOT show up on the next month's. Very dishonest manager. The pool has never been opened. She forced me to get rid of my washer and dryer ( I couldn't have even used them if I wanted to, no hook ups for either) I told her I was keeping them for my next apartment but she still said no. After I mentioned me paying extra wondering where my money was going all of my mail mysteriously got blocked. Hmmmmmmmm......

Ever since the present manager took charge of Jameson st apts, everything changed for the best. She is very understanding. She takes appropriate action when needed. This is what this complex needed for a long time!! I recommend this complex.
