Jameson Apartments

Mold in hvac!! Do not live here!! I have 5 micro toxin strands in my body. My son is on an inhaler now and has constant upper respiratory issues from long term exposure. He also suffers from daily headaches and stomach pain. Please do not move here. We have suffered for months now. The Landlord did in fact access my apartment. They treated the mold with bleach, further spreading the micro toxins, ran large fans and hung moisture bags. Inspector recommended a certified mold remediation company which the landlord refused. We had to move out due to a constructive eviction because the landlord failed to make the apartment habitable. Their claim of me not allowing access is false. They did enter on multiple occasions to bleach and paint over the mold. The mold was coming from the hvac system.

Jaycie was very helpful in helping me obtain an apartment. She was patient, kind, and did everything to make it a smooth, easy process for me during a stressful time. Once moved in, Lilly was very helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend these apartments as they are nice and the staff is superb.

I have been at Jameson 90 days. I love my apartment. The space is perfect for me and 2 dogs. The location and neighborhood are fantastic. The tenants I've met are very nice and friendly. The staff and management, Jaycie, Lilly and Chloe, have all been so professional and efficient with answering my questions. They have made my move such an ease as I adjust to the Apartment lifestyle. The complex is well maintained. Highly recommend, if needing a great place to live. - Becky E.

Jameson Apartments is fantastic. I have lived here for about 6 months now and it is great. Well managed property, amazing staff, and a quiet environment. Jaycie P in particular is phenomenal. She has gone out of her way numerous times to help me with anything from simple questions all the the way up to securing expensive packages for me that were delivered incorrectly. The kind of dedication she, and the rest of the staff, has is second to none.

I toured Jameson Apartments with Chloe and had a great experience! She was friendly, informative, and made everything super easy. The community is beautiful! Highly recommend touring with her!
