Jamesbridge Apartments

I absolutely HATE these Apartments I recommend no one to move here. They never fix anything. Stuff breaks around here and never get fixed. They never emailed you about things this broken or going to be fixed but always e mailing about the rent. My water has been shut off for two days. They never called me and told me that the water will be shut off. They emailed me the next day saying that the water will be fixed within two hours but wasn’t. Then it came back on later on that day on 29. Today is the 30th and no one told me that the water will be shut off again. My floor flooded Wednesday and I have no idea why. I cannot wait until my lease is up to move because this is ridiculous. It’s so many other things that needed to be repaired, but never was. I feel if I pay my rent on time things sh

I’m not the type to leave a review, but I honestly do not recommend living here. The maintenance is terrible. When something breaks, it either takes forever to get fixed or it never gets fixed at all. My heater is broken right now, and I’ve called the office multiple times. Nobody has come, and it’s cold. The whole apartment stays freezing. The ladies in the management office are Rude with nasty attitudes just disrespectful. When you call about serious issues, they act like you can just wait, like it’s not a big deal. It is a big deal when it’s cold outside and you have no heat. The units are very old and run-down. I had problems with my AC not working months ago. I put in a request, and they waited until it got cold, when I didn’t even need AC anymore to respond, and it still never got

Living in this place is a horrible. I had a newborn and a five-year-old, and we endured a heatwave without air conditioning for seven months. My apartment reached a scorching 90 degrees at one point, and the landlord didn’t care. They didn’t even bother to send anyone to fix it. The apartment next to me and below me kept getting broken into, and squatters started living there. At night, there were no lights coming into the complex. My apartment had black mold, and roaches started coming out of nowhere. I called the office, but all they could do was have an attitude over the phone. Both my cars kept getting broken into. I could go on and on, but this place is a disgrace. They’re just money-hungry.

Polite and mostly ..friendly neighbors, well kept grounds and courteous staff. Traffic access to MATA Bus line, Jackson-Old Austin Peay, & Highland at James. Library, Police, Fire, & Together Worship are close by. Kids friendly environment, playground equipment and School Buses stop at main gate. People residents here seem on the-up putting their lives to focused order. Late Nov., most geese and ducks have flown, ponds are nice.. turtles burrow to hibernate. I've been here Six Months.!

This place is horrible. I would definitely not recommend! I was lied to about having a newly renovated apartment to begin with. I’ve complained several times about the noise, all times of night and early morning. I’ve even contacted the office and police. You here gun shots almost every night. People cars are being broken into, the office is aware. False charges will be placed on your rent and I call every month since I’ve been here to have them removed. The assistant manager Crystal has a very smart mouth and a bad attitude. They are slow about fixing things and I’ve had to request maintenance on the same issues after they would close them out without being fixed.
