The place is riddled with theft after theft. The office staff seems ever changing and the apartments are old and outdated. Have fun getting maintenance to fix things properly. Just look elsewhere if you want quality.

Since we’ve had new management with Vanessa, Letisha, and Dennis, the quality of life here has improved tremendously! Anytime we have concerns or need any maintenance issues resolved, they are addressed and taken care of right away. This team has wonderful interpersonal communication skills and always convey their passions about making sure residents feel safe within their community. Our old management in 2021-2022 treated residents so inhumanely and allowed people to live in unlivable conditions (such as non functioning fridge for 3 months and broken AC for over 72 hours) without showing any emphathy or remorse. We are very thankful to have new management who always go the extra mile to show the residents they care about their well being and quality of life.

Our new maintenance man is awesome! He responds quickly, interacts with residents he passes while working, and overall simply cares about us and the quality of the property. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting the new property manager but I have noticed a big difference in the speed at which maintenance requests are being handled. Thank you guys!💙

Since new management took over, I have seen nothing but steady improvements. The new maintenance man, Dennis, is doing an amazing job. As a plumber who has been called out to this location several times, I can honestly say That all I hear From the tenants is how Dennis is doing And how much he cares and makes himself available at all hours. and the new management is working their tails off to Improve the quality of life. It is rare to find a property management company or maintenance man that has such a level of passion to try to improve a location in such a way as they are here. I look forward to seeing more improvements And working with maintenance directly to take care of the tenants And the property.
