I worked with James Luna to refinance my home,, and I was very pleased with how easy it was. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. He listened well, was knowledgeable and provided me with the information I needed to file. I have dealt with other financial companies in the past, and this experience was much better. James has helped me through at least 4 mortgages so far. As do all transactions, we encountered ups and downs. The difference between an average 3 * mortgage lender and a 5* is how they handle these hick ups. James has a great team behind him. They all know and do their job. He always stays on top of things. When an issue arises, and they always do, it's taken care of quickly. If you have a question or are just pyrenoid about how thing are going, he's always there to answer your questions. I have been on the phone with him talking or texting at both 11:30 at night and 6 am in the morning. We just finished two concurrent transactions.
